Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up in life which requires schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made after close of business the day before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service. If your appointment is booked under a scheduled package you will be liable for 50% of the value of that appointment under the purchased package or you can choose to forfeit that treatment if you don't want to reschedule it.

If you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment 100% of the appointment value will be charged.  The same applies if the appointment is missed with no notification. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
